San Joaquin Fair Housing provides education, mediation, housing assistance and resolution to tenants and landlords. We have become highly visible in the community by providing services that develop a stronger tenant and landlord relationship to maintain adequate housing.

Programing provides mediation and counseling at no charge which benefits our community who otherwise may not be able to afford these services. In addition, we provide outreach and education through our involvement at Community resource events, fairs, and seminars. Our tenant and landlord workshops greatly benefit the community providing free resources that would otherwise be neglected. Through our free education endeavors, we are able to serve all members of all neighborhoods with the ultimate goal of avoiding the eviction process for both tenants and landlords.
